Read this part carefully

This is for you if

  • You're in your late 20s to 50s, and the number on the scale has only gone one direction since your wedding.
  • Your suit from last year's holidays doesn't close, and you've quietly stopped taking pictures.
  • You've tried keto, shakes, a trainer for six weeks, and the 30-day thing a friend sent you. All of it worked — until it didn't.
  • You're out of the house before 7am and back after the kids are in bed, and "meal prep" is not a realistic sentence.
  • There's a wedding, a bar mitzvah, or a Saturday spread on the calendar almost every week, and no diet has ever told you what to do about it.
  • Your doctor said something about your blood work and you'd rather fix it than manage it.

You're not lazy and you don't lack willpower. You have a week that most fitness advice was never written for.

Why the last five attempts didn't stick

It wasn't you. It was the plan.

Every generic program tells you to

  • Cut out the bread, the brisket, the dessert table — the exact foods in front of you every single week.
  • Train at 6pm, right when you're at evening services or finally getting home to your family.
  • Eat six identical chicken-and-rice meals, most of which aren't practical or kosher-convenient.
  • "Just skip the food at the party." As if that's a real option.
  • White-knuckle it for 30 days, then hand you nothing for day 31.

What we do instead

  • Build your intake so a real plate of food fits — nothing is banned, the math just has to work.
  • Training slots that fit your actual day: early morning, lunch break, or a basement setup at home.
  • Simple food you already eat, portioned to hit protein and calories without a scale in your hand all day.
  • A written game plan for weddings, events, and the holidays — before you walk in, not after.
  • Weekly adjustments for as long as it takes to get you to the goal and keep you there.

Hit your goal, or get every dollar back

On our call we set one specific, written goal with a date on it. Do the work and don't get there? I refund your full investment. I'd rather give the money back than have another guy tell me a program didn't work for him.

  • The goal and the date are written down before you pay — no moving targets.
  • All I ask is that you do your side: log your food, hit your training days, show up to check-ins.
  • Miss the goal with the work done, and you email me for a full refund. No forms, no "store credit."
  • Full terms are reviewed out loud on the call so nothing is a surprise.

What happens next

Three steps, starting today

Step 01

Book the call

Pick a time below. 20 minutes, on the phone. We go through where you are, where you want to be, and whether I can actually get you there. If I can't, I'll tell you.

Step 02

Get your plan

Within 48 hours of saying yes you have your nutrition targets, your training program, and your written goal with a date on it.

Step 03

Execute, weekly

You train three times a week and eat to your targets. We check in every week and adjust. You keep going until the goal is hit — or you get your money back.

Questions

Before you book

How much does it cost?
It depends on where you're starting and how long we'll be working together, so I won't quote a number I'd have to walk back. We cover it plainly on the call, payment plans included. What I can tell you is that it's backed by a full money-back guarantee, so the risk isn't on you.
I've got no time. How long does this actually take?
Three sessions a week, 45 minutes each, at whatever time of day actually works for you — a lot of my guys train before 7am. Food takes no extra time once the plan is built, because it's the food already in your house.
Do I have to give up the food I actually eat?
No. Any plan that bans the food on your Friday night table is a plan you'll quit by the third week. We build your intake so those foods fit. You'll eat with your family and still be down on the scale by Tuesday.
What about weddings and holidays?
That's the part most programs ignore, and it's the reason most guys stall. You get a written plan for weddings, bar mitzvahs, Saturday spreads, and every holiday — what to eat, what to skip, and how to adjust the days around it.
Do I need a gym membership?
No. If you have a gym, great, we'll use it. If you'd rather train at home or in your basement, I'll build the program around what equipment you have. A bench and a set of dumbbells is plenty to get very strong and very lean.
I've failed at this a lot of times. Why would this be different?
Because every one of those attempts asked you to live a life you don't live. This one is built around your week, and there's a coach watching the numbers with you every seven days. If it still doesn't work, you don't pay — and I'm the one who eats the loss.
How does the guarantee actually work?
We write down one specific goal and a date on our call, before any money changes hands. If you do your side — log your food, hit your training days, show up to check-ins — and you don't reach that goal, you email me and I refund you in full.
I'm dealing with a medical issue or an injury. Can I still do this?
Usually yes, and we'll talk it through on the call. I work around injuries all the time. I'm a coach, not a doctor, so anything medical stays with your physician — bring me their guidance and I'll build within it.

Last step

Pick your time

20 minutes on the phone with Joseph. Come with your goal and your schedule. You'll leave the call knowing exactly what it takes — whether or not you work with me.
